Meet Michael... Meet Michael Wong, photographer extraordinaire and all-around good guy! Michael's natural rapport with his subjects results in wonderful moments caught on camera...

Michael Wong discovered his love for photograph in grammar school. He did his first  "pro" work when  classmates in his native Guyana "hired" him to take their pictures. Almost inevitably, he turned a passionate hobby into a professional career spanning two decades and three countries. Moving from Guyana to Toronto, Canada in the late 1970's,  Michael was soon doing commercial work, and began winning awards for his portrait, wedding and nature photography. Among his more memorable assignments in Canada: the Ontario Body Builders Association Provincial Finals and the 1993 Miss World Canada Pageant.   In 1996, love brought him to the U.S. and Texas when he married wife Cheryl, a Parker County native. The two soon converted an older home in Weatherford, formerly owned by Cheryl's great grandfather, into a studio. The rest, as the saying goes, is history! Michael's Studio can be found at 1006 Palo Pinto Street in Weatherford, Texas.
